Reservation conditions

Adults only hotel

In Dufour Alpin**^s we do not offer rooms for children. 
Children from 14 years are welcome in the Hotel Chalet***. 

Arrival and departure

A shuttle service from and to the train station is available upon request for CHF 5 per person, guests staying more an 3 days can use this service free of charge.
Luggage depot possible.

Cancellation of a reservation

Cancellation at no charge 14 days (7 days im summer and 21days at Christmas/New Year) prior to the date of arrival.

• 13-00 days: 100% of the reservation arrangement (im winter)
• 6-0 days: 100% of the reservation arrangement (im summer)

In the case of delayed arrival or early departure, the room will be charged according to the original booking if it cannot be re-booked.

We recommend you have a travel cancellation insurance, to avoid costs in the event of cancellation.

Accepted means of payment 

Cash, Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, V-Pay, Amexco/EuroCard, Postcard. Euro are calculated based on the exchange rate on the date of payment.
